Shipping

  • FedEx (3-5 day) service unless otherwise requested.
  • Residential deliveries require an additional $4.00 in shipping.
  • For international shipments, duties and taxes, when applicable, will be charged separately.

Return Policy

  • Signet, Inc. will gladly accept and process IN-STOCK returns at no charge (except freight, when applicable) within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
  • A return authorization number must be obtained from an ServiceMaster team representative and noted on the package being returned.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as shipping/handling on the original order and the exchange order (if applicable).
  • Signet, Inc. will handle all merchandise pick up arrangements for damaged/defective or mis-shipped orders.
  • No restocking fee applies.
  • SPECIAL ORDER merchandise is not returnable.

How to Return Merchandise

  • Contact Signet's ServiceMaster team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number:
  • Write the RA number on the outside of each box/carton.
